Complete overhaul of the house. Initially, there was no electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, and the entire structure had to be reframed. We developed new architectural plans, infusing fresh energy into both the house and the neighborhood, resulting in the highest sale price ever in the area. We excavated and constructed a full basement, making it a legal unit with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and a separate entrance. The second floor was fully framed and built to include two bathrooms, while the main floor was reconfigured to feature a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A brand-new staircase with a metal railing was also installed. The project took 8 months from start to sale.
